We are planning to re-open our campus very soon.
Classes will still be taught online until further notice.
Students can access the following services and facilities on campus as soon as we re-open:
- Academic counselling – book via student portal
- Student counselling – book via student portal
- PAL mentoring – book via student portal
- Access to wifi/library/common spaces
Social distancing and personal hygiene measures will be put in place for your safety and that of our staff. We also encourage all students to practice and follow these measures whilst on campus.
As the situation changes we will update and inform you via your student email.

From Tuesday, March 23, 2020, all face to face teaching have been replaced with online learning.

By now, all students should have received an email from their coordinator about studying online.
Students should be ready to study online as of Tuesday, March 23, 2020. The on-campus timetable will now be your online timetable. All classes will run using the video conference tool, Zoom. Students can find links to Zoom classes in each Moodle subject.
You can join your lecture on most devices including laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Please be aware, if you attend by mobile phone then you will need to download the Zoom app.

How Do I Find the Link to My Zoom Class?
The link for your Zoom class can be found on the relevant Moodle page.
For IT-related Portal & Moodle issues: send an email at LTCA.StudentServiceDesk@latrobemelbourne.edu.au with a screenshot of the issue if possible.
When Will My Class Be?
Classes will take place at the normal times as scheduled on your timetable. In most cases, these will be the same timeslots as your face to face classes, however, we are still encouraging all students to check their timetables to ensure they attend at the right time.
What Happens to My Attendance?
All student attendance will be taken during Zoom meetings.
What Is Happening to My Assessments?
Most assessments will remain unchanged. Your teacher will tell you about any changes.
